Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if the download link has not yet been accessed. After delivery, all sales are final.

We stand behind the quality of our resources. If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file or a link that doesn't work — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at nicolebvelazquez@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
